Chat bots. AI assistants. “Listen to our menu as the options have changed.” Stuck in an endless loop of pressing “0” for the operator.
Talk about putting your patience to the test, right?
Automations have their place, but here at Sage Services, we believe strongly in human-to-human interaction and customer relationships. It’s why we’re continuing to invest in our sales team. We want our customers to have a single point of contact who answers the phone, responds to an email, or comes into your office for a cup of coffee and a chat.
Over the years, we’ve built an incredible team of sales representatives who can serve customers all around the country. In our hiring process, we aren’t just looking for people with sales experience.
We want team members who believe in relationships and going the extra mile. We hire sales reps who know our industry and speak the same language as the biomedical professionals and healthcare technology managers they serve. Our team members know their stuff!
Here’s what to expect from your sales team at Sage Services:
- Contact your sales representative to pick up equipment that needs to be shipped to our facility for repairs or service.
- Sales reps can coordinate a tech support call. Our techs can often troubleshoot an issue over the phone so you don’t have to deal with sending in equipment for repairs.
- Trying to figure out which cables or accessories you need? Tap your sales rep for help cross-referencing cables.
- All things admin! You don’t love administrative work, but our sales reps do! Let them assist with paperwork, purchase orders, or follow ups on repairs.
Consider your Sage Services sales representative as your on-site resource. You have a real live human person who can come to your facility. We’re continuing to expand our geographic footprint. Just this month, we’re adding sales team members to service customers in Alabama, George, Western North Carolina, South Carolina, Illinois, and Indiana.
One of the benefits of having a single sales representative assigned to your account is the relationship you build. We’re happy to report we don’t experience a lot of turnover in our sales team. You have the same point of contact for the long-term versus being passed from person to person.
A dedicated sales representative gets to know you, your team, your facility, and your specific equipment needs. You don’t have to repeat issues over and over. You have someone looking out for your organization. You have a partner invested in your success.
We’ve compiled a team full of knowledge, wisdom, and dedication. And our customers notice.
Hear from Allison Woolford, biomedical equipment specialist at Duke University Hospital: “Sage Services Group and Wes Stichweh provide top-notch service for all of our patient monitoring needs. Whenever I have something broken, Wes is just a phone call away. I don’t even have to worry about boxing it up. No matter how big or small, he will stop by the hospital to pick it up.
“Even if he is on vacation and can’t make it to the hospital, he will send me the repair form and a FedEx label for me to ship it out. Once it is shipped out, the turnaround time is amazing. I know that within a week, I am going to have my device back and it is going to be working better than ever. The convenience and the repair process are impeccable.”
Exactly what we love to hear! Sales reps like Wes are going above and beyond to serve healthcare technology managers and biomedical professionals like you. We love making your job just a little bit easier.
