So, each fall we gather our sales team for education, planning and plenty of fellowship and fun. This year a dozen of our sales representatives came to Charleston, South Carolina.
We spent a few days casting a vision for 2025. We brainstormed new strategies and best practices for serving our customers. And, of course, we carved out some time for social activities and relaxation.
It’s a way for us to have those all-important work discussions and brainstorming while rewarding our sales team for all their hard work serving our customers.
The caliber of our sales team is truly unmatched. Many of them have been in this business for a long time. They have a strong grasp on the ins and outs of the medical equipment and biomed industry.
Plus, they are all incredible sales people. They know how to serve our customers well. They don’t just close a deal and walk away.
