We talk a lot about patient monitoring devices – the repairs, the cables, the accessories, the cost. But we couldn’t do what we do without a stellar team.
Here at Sage Services, we are blessed with talented, committed, fun – and sometimes downright goofy – team members. It’s the perfect balance. We take our work seriously while building a culture that celebrates our people inside and outside the four walls of our office.
So, we thought it would be fun to give you a quick look behind the scenes at Sage Services Group.

We are lucky to have offices in two beautiful South Carolina locations. Our Charleston office is situated between North Charleston and Mount Pleasant. We’re surrounded by rivers, marshes, and beaches.

Our Inman location is in Upstate South Carolina not far from the North Carolina border. Those team members get to enjoy mountain views.
The Charleston office is our main warehouse for cables and accessories. The space is well organized and stocked with any reusable or disposable items you need for patient monitoring devices.

We’re able to ship orders from Charleston typically the same business day customers place their order.
While we do some medical device repairs in Charleston, our Upstate South Carolina location is our primary repair shop. Our technicians work in a state-of-the-art facility. They are incredibly talented and undergo regular training to ensure they keep their skills up to date.

For example, every two years, our technicians are recertified to the IPC-7711 and IPC-7721 endorsement. This widely used standard offers a wealth of industry-approved techniques in rework, modification, and repair of electronic assemblies.
We also undergo a rigorous independent audit each year to maintain our ISO 9001 certification (general quality management) and ISO 13485 certification (quality management specifically for medical devices). These certifications demonstrate our commitment to documented quality processes when servicing medical equipment and patient monitoring devices.
Our commitment to customer service is rooted in our culture and making sure we hire the right people for our team.

We have dedicated sales staff in regions across the United States. They work closely with each customer to ensure orders are delivered on time and repairs are completed in a timely manner. Our sales team attends several biomedical and healthcare industry trade shows each year to connect with customers and stay up to date on industry trends.

When you call our office, a real live human person answers the phone. Team members are packing and shipping your orders. Repair techs are available to answer your questions.

Our team works hard, so we make sure to add some fun into our days! Team lunches, holiday celebrations, and company outings are part of our culture. (Here we are celebrating our 20th anniversary earlier this year.)
Many of our employees speak highly of our family atmosphere and the caring culture we’ve created. We know that when our team members feel appreciated and valued, they’ll do the same for you, our customers.
Be sure to follow us on LinkedIn for more behind-the-scenes photos and stories about our work and our staff. And, if you’re in South Carolina, stop by and see us. We’d love to give you a tour and introduce you to the people behind the devices.
